Milk&Cookies applies the General Terms and Conditions for Childcare – Day care and Out-of-school care 2005, as stipulated by the Brancheorganisatie Kinderopvang (Trade Association Childcare), the merger organisation in which MOgroep Kinderopvang (Social Entrepreneurs Group Childcare) and the Branchevereniging ondernemers in de kinderopvang (Trade Association entrepreneurs in childcare) have been joined.
